What is trim only? Trim only means that the rough-in valve needed for installation is not included with this item.

How long do I have to return an item? kitchenbathsupply.com accepts returns up to 30 days from date of product receipt.

Why do I have to add my item to the cart to see pricing? The reason for this is a pricing agreement called MAP, or Minimum Advertised Price. While restricted in the price that can be advertised online, the retailer can sell a product at any price they wish. For example, an item may have an MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price) of $300. The MAP price may be set at no lower than $200. But the final price you pay could be as low as $150.

Do you ship to Canada? Yes, we ship UPS to Canada. Shipping costs do not include the price of duty and brokerage fees.

How do I know when my order is shipped? You will receive an email with your UPS tracking number and your invoice. Please make sure if you haven't received your email within 1-2 days to check your spam folder.

What is the difference between 1-piece and 2-piece toilets? Which is better? A one piece toilet is the complete toilet, for most manufacturers this means the tank and bowl are all one piece and the seat is included. A two piece toilet is a separate tank, bowl and seat each ordered separately. They are both good options, it is a personal preference.

How soon can I schedule a plumber for installation after placing my order? Please wait to schedule any contractors until the product arrives and is inspected.

Can I return my special order item? Since special order items are not in our stock we are not able to return Special Orders

How much is shipping on my order? When you have added your order to the cart, right below the item detail page it will give you a box to add your zip code for shipping pricing. Please add this to the total for your products and that is your order total. You will not be given a total again until your shipping, billing, and payment information has been entered. If it is necessary for your item to go UPS Freight then a map will appear at the bottom of the page, please locate the area that you are shipping to and add correct shipping amount indicated for that region to your product total.
